I can't believe that summer's almost over, so I am telling myself that it's not! I live for summer. But in looking towards fall, there are a lot of things that I find myself needing to do. I seriously need to get my butt in gear!
I need to:
-register for classes! I know, I know, it's ridiculous that I haven't.
-oh yeah, pick a major that I like and can stick with. That might help with the first bullet in this list. Comm is lame, I don't want to do it. Meeting with the advisors of the basic university college {for undecided people}, linguistics department and people from SJ Quinney on Monday. Can't wait. I just want a plan that's something that intrigues and interests me and will get me where I want to go. Sounds easy enough, right?
-clean my freaking room! Ever notice that it's easier to concentrate on stuff and do better in life in general when your space isn't cluttered? Definitely feeling that right now!
-get a job. I really need one. I thought I would like not having one for a bit, but I was wrong. I need something to keep me busy. I hope the places I've applied to will start calling.
-earn money to move out for spring semester and travels next summer.
-lose weight. I lost almost nine pounds when I was in Europe, but alas, I have gained it back. Oh how I wish we lived in a place that I could walk everywhere. Maybe in the future. Hello weight watchers and the gym.
hahah there are other things that I can add to this list later.
in recent news, I went to Lagoon with my uncle and cousins this week! It was soooo fun, more than I thought it would. I hadn't been in three years. I ran into two friends, one that I hadn't seen since 2008 and now he is back from a mission and one of my way good friends from high school. It was way good to see both of them :)
I've been to Price too, it's always fun to see my family. I am going to miss going back to CEU in the fall, but I am also waaayyy excited to see what adventures await me at the U. I'm headed back to Price this coming weekend for International Days, and I am excited! It's a really fun fest.
I have some drama rama going on too. not for me, but with some family members. Hopefully it will blow over or get resolved. whatever, i'm done.
Besides all the drama, life really is good.
