New school year! Hooray!

I got a new job yesterday :) I work in an after-school program (I'm not even sure exactly where yet!) and I'm really happy about it. I had the same job last year, but it was only when they needed me, so I am happy to have a set position. Training starts tomorrow.

I also made some new friends and got a new computer yesterday. Needless to say, it was a goood day!


I'm loving this semester so far. I love my schedule, and the fact that I have more time to visit with people on campus, rather than just go to class and go home sort of thing. I guess the biggest thing right now is the fact that I didn't end up moving to SL, and that's been a huge want to do of mine for a while now. We had a place, our applications were approved and we were set to sign the lease the next day, but I didn't feel right about it. Talk about a crappy feeling! Things seem to be working out for me though and I am happier than I have been in a very long time. I think that timing is very important and it's going the way it's supposed to for me right now.
